Sentence Correction: Subject Verb Agreement - Verb Precedes Subject

Among the reasons Jane loves reading novels is her rich imagination

This answer choice correctly matches the singular verb is with the singular subject her rich imagination.

This answer choice is grammatically incorrect. The singular subject her rich imagination does not agree with the plural verb are

In addition, omitting the word rich creates a meaning change.

While this answer choice is grammatically correct, it is stylistically flawed. Replacing the concise her rich imagination with the wordy phrase that she has a rich imagination creates redundancy, as does also replacing Among the reasons with One of the reasons.

Did you notice the change from loves to love?

This is probably why you made this mistake. Attention to detail is extremely important in Sentence Correction.

After eliminating the answer choices that repeat the original mistake (if there is a mistake in the original sentence), you need to go over all the remaining answer choices and examine them carefully, reading them from beginning to end.

Do not assume that the only thing that changes in the answer choices is the part which was flawed in the original sentence. Different answer choices can make all kinds of changes in various parts of the sentence.   

Well, it's good that you noticed, but this change is also significant. When you notice any change in an answer choice, ask yourself whether it introduces a new mistake or whether it is only an innocent change.
